Goals and Expectations

• Conclude implementation of research methods
• Document any ambiguities or inconsistencies you encounter
• Label any changes at this stage as **Unplanned Deviation:**
• Update the project readme.md file, procedure_index.csv, data_index.csv, and data/metadata documentation.
• Update procedure\environment\readme.md instructions
• Share the project with a peer to test-run its reproducibility
• Check progress with professor
